University of Iowa Plates by Wedgwood
Wedgwood issued a set of twelve college plates for the University 0f Iowa in 1933,
transfer printed in blue on a 10.5 inch diameter Queensware (earthenware) plate. The
border design was created especially for this series; it features the university seal at the
top, and incorporates wheat, corn and a variety of other regional agricultural products.
